Welcome to Suzea's Gluten Free Cafe, a delightful haven for gluten-free food lovers nestled in the charming town of Mt. Morris, NY. Located at 115 Main St, this gem stands out not just for its gluten-free offerings but also for the welcoming atmosphere that greets every visitor. With a striking facade and convenient off-street parking, Suzea's invites you in to experience a cafe where deliciousness knows no dietary boundaries.

The menu at Suzea's is a splendid fusion of hearty choices and light bites, a place where indulgence meets wellness. Their full meals, which range from Strawberry Waffles and Loaded Grilled Cheese Sandwiches to a unique BLT on a waffle, showcase the creativity and care put into every dish. My personal favorites included the Banana Nut Waffle and the exceptional Scalloped Potatoes & Ham, both dishes embodying a deep sense of comfort while maintaining gluten-free integrity.

For those seeking lighter fare, the cafe offers an array of quiches and daily soup specials that showcase fresh, whole ingredients. Each bite of the Grilled Cheese Sandwich on gluten-free bakery bread is a reminder that flavor transcends dietary restrictions. This is not merely a cafe for the gluten-sensitive; as customer Nicole Freiner beautifully expresses, even those who don't follow gluten-free diets find joy in these delicacies.

The beverage menu is equally inviting, featuring smoothies such as Berry Cream and Mango that complement the food perfectly. I savored a Hot Chocolate and found it to be the ideal companion to my meal, embodying warmth and richness.

Speaking of atmosphere, Suzea's feels like a cozy home — reminiscent of visits to grandma’s kitchen, where every detail matters. Gluten-free bakeries are hard to find and this wonderful gem in downtown Mt.Morris is worth the drive. The facade is striking, off street parking makes for an easy entrance. Inside you will find several small tables with chairs to enjoy their baked goods, coffee/espresso drinks are offered to accompany. I tried the English muffin, tuxedo cookie and snickerdoodle. Each were delicately delicious, with a light texture and weight, perfect recipes to rival any gluten-free bakery in a large city. Visit this bakery even if you're not gluten-free. It is an amazing find, what an addition to the the regions good scene !

Such a nice pit-stop! Wonderful employees, yummy snacks and drinks. My brother and I split the gingerbread cookies and a sweetie bun, and everything was great. The coffee was delicious and my brother’s mango smoothie was awesome. We would definitely come here again!!

The owner is a wonderful person who really cares about people. Everything that is made these is very thoughtfully made as well as delicious. I enjoyed a delicious Pirohzki (meat-filled roll) and an equally delicious Violet Tea Biscuit. I don't need to follow a gluten-free diet so, I kept forgetting it was gluten-free. My favorite was the Nanaimo bar (has layers of wafer, nuts and coconut crumb, custard icing in the middle, and a layer of chocolate ganache).

Always delicious and you must get the Nanaimo bars they are divine and the cheese bagels are amazing! They currently require masks so make sure you have one or they should have one available for you. The owner is very sweet and the lady that helps her is very nice too. The newer older lady not so much. She was helpful but she showed us everything in the freezer then walked away so we grabbed only what we wanted and she came back and said we couldn't grab anything out of the freezer and if we could read the sign which was a little rude. We sanitized our hands and wore masks I think we should be able to grab what we want and because of that I didn't get everything I wanted from the freezer. Other than today it has always been a great experience! They also have lunch options to dine in!

Stopped here for a coffee break and we are now glad we stopped. That old woman ( probably the owner ) was so kind and sweet. She gave us a guidebook to Letchworth State Park and gave us an extraordinary service. I'm so happy that I enjoyed a welcoming service with an amazing coffee.

Loved our breakfast at Suzea’s this morning! The owner was so warm and welcoming. My husband got a cheese bagel with an omlette while I got a vegan bagel with vegan hot chocolate. Thank you for accommodating all my requests! We also got the world’s yummiest apple pie... it has the most soft and crumbly crust with homegrown cooked apples in the center. Everything is gluten free yet tastes great! If you are in the area, give it a try. P.S. We went back the next day and got us more bagels to carry home... cookies too!
